How can students use AI responsibly for learning?

Students can use AI responsibly by treating it as a learning assistant rather than a replacement for their own thinking and effort. AI can help explain difficult concepts, provide study materials, generate practice questions, and assist with research. However, students should always verify the accuracy of AI-generated information from reliable sources because AI can sometimes provide incorrect or outdated answers. Responsible use also means avoiding plagiarism and academic dishonesty. Students should not submit AI-generated work as their own without understanding or reviewing it. Instead, they should use AI to improve their knowledge, develop ideas, and enhance their problem-solving skills. Additionally, students should protect their privacy by not sharing sensitive personal information with AI tools and should follow their school's policies regarding AI use. By using AI ethically and thoughtfully, students can improve their learning experience while developing critical thinking and independent learning skills.

How do you think AI will change education in the next 10 years?

**How do you think AI will change education in the next 10 years?** AI is likely to transform education by making learning more personalized, accessible, and efficient. Intelligent learning systems will be able to adapt lessons to each student's learning pace, strengths, and weaknesses, helping students understand concepts more effectively. AI-powered tutors and chatbots will provide instant assistance, answer questions, and offer additional learning resources anytime. Teachers will benefit from AI by automating routine tasks such as grading assignments, tracking student progress, and preparing lesson plans, allowing them to focus more on teaching and mentoring. AI can also help identify students who need extra support and recommend targeted interventions. In addition, AI will make education more accessible through real-time translation, speech-to-text tools, and personalized support for students with disabilities. However, challenges such as data privacy, ethical use of AI, and overdependence on technology will need careful attention. Overall, AI is expected to enhance the quality of education, improve learning outcomes, and create more opportunities for students worldwide while keeping teachers at the center of the learning process.

What's a fair salary hike to expect when switching jobs in 2026?

I've been at my current company for 2.5 years now (full-stack developer, based in Hyderabad, currently at ₹8 LPA). Got an offer recently and they're asking for my expectations. I've heard people quote anywhere from 30% to 100% hike when switching. But what's realistic in 2026 with the current market? A few specific things I'd love your input on: Is the "30% hike rule" still valid, or is the market tighter now? Does the % change much for freshers vs 3-5 year experienced vs senior? For service-based to product-based switches — does that command extra? How much do you negotiate vs just accepting the first offer? Any red flags in offers I should watch for (like fake CTC inflated with variables)? Looking for real numbers from your recent switches. What did you get, what city, how many years experience? Let's help each other out.
