Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day construction site activities. The ideal candidate will ensure that work is completed safely, on time, and according to quality standards while coordinating with engineers, contractors, and workers.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily construction site operations.
- Monitor work progress and ensure project timelines are met.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, vendors, and site workers.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Inspect work quality and ensure adherence to project specifications.
- Maintain daily site reports and progress updates.
- Manage labor allocation and material usage efficiently.
- Resolve on-site issues and escalate critical concerns when required.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of construction equipment and tools.
- Attend site meetings and provide project status updates.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- 1–5 years of experience as a Site Supervisor or in a similar construction role.
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety practices.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel to project sites if required.
Preferred Skills
- Time management and planning.
- Team handling and coordination.
- MS Office knowledge.
- Basic understanding of AutoCAD (preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
