We are looking for a proactive HR & Operations executive intern to support organisational processes,
improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer experience.
The candidate will gain hands-on exposure to human resource management, healthcare operations,
process optimisation, team coordination, and service quality improvement.
Eligibility Criteria:
● Pursuing or completed Bachelor's/Master’s degree.
● Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
● Interest in HR, operations, and people management.
● Ability to coordinate teams and processes.
● Strong organisational skills.

Roles & Responsibilities:
● Support daily operational activities and workflow improvements.
● Assist in workforce coordination and staff management activities.
● Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement processes.
● Assist in developing and implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
● Coordinate communication between departments.
● Improve customer experience and service quality.
● Manage customer feedback and relationship activities.
● Monitor operational performance metrics.
● Prepare operational reports for management review.
● Support administrative activities and process improvements.

Required Qualifications:

● BBA/MBA specialisation in HR or operations is preferred.
● Interest in healthcare operations.
