Verify product code, size, color, quantity, and quality before picking.
Ensure picked items are free from damage or defects.
Arrange picked merchandise in designated staging areas for packing and dispatch.
Maintain productivity targets while ensuring accuracy.
Follow FIFO (First In, First Out) and stock rotation procedures where applicable.
