Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Team Leader to lead and manage a team of Relationship Executives involved in bank credit card sales at petrol bunks. The candidate should have strong leadership, sales, and team management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, motivate, and monitor the sales team.
Ensure team members achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Train and mentor Relationship Executives.
Conduct field visits and provide performance support.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Coordinate with management for business growth.
Maintain customer service quality and process compliance.
Eligibility:
Any Degree or Above.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Credit Card Sales or any BFSI domain.
