Job Summary
Future University is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Business Development Executive (BDE) to build strong relationships with students, colleges, and corporate partners. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales and business development, and the ability to achieve targets while promoting the university's academic programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and convert student admissions through counseling and follow-ups.
- Build and maintain relationships with colleges, educational institutions, and corporate organizations.
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and seminars to promote university programs.
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships.
- Follow up with leads via phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, and social media.
- Achieve monthly admission and business development targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and update the CRM regularly.
- Coordinate with the admissions and marketing teams for campaigns and events.
- Participate in education fairs, campus drives, and promotional activities.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
- Good presentation and relationship-building skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
- Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
- Positive attitude and willingness to travel when required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills or candidates with 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Admissions, or EdTech are encouraged to apply.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in the education sector is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of student counseling and admission processes.
- Proficiency in English and regional languages.
