Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist clients as they enter the gym, providing outstanding customer service.
• Manage phone calls and inquiries, ensuring all communication is handled promptly and professionally.
• Schedule appointments and manage the gym’s calendar, maintaining an organized schedule.
• Handle membership registrations, renewals, and cancellations efficiently.
• Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions.
• Assist with administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and inventory management.
• Collaborate with fitness trainers and staff to ensure a seamless member experience.
• Promote gym services and programs to enhance member engagement.

Required Qualifications

• Any graduate with a willingness to learn and grow in the fitness industry.
• Strong verbal communication skills in English and Telugu.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and email applications.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Good to Have

• Previous experience in a customer-facing role (not mandatory).
• Knowledge of fitness programs and wellness trends.
• Familiarity with gym management software.
• A passion for fitness and healthy living.
