Job Summary:

We are looking for energetic, self-motivated, and result-oriented Sales Executives to promote and sell Pauzio's AI Voice Agent solutions to businesses across various industries. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and approach potential clients through field visits, networking, referrals, and lead generation activities.

Generate qualified leads and convert prospects into customers.

Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.

Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.

Follow up with prospects and maintain an active sales pipeline.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and support.

Submit daily activity reports and sales performance updates.

Eligibility Criteria:

Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.

Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.

1–3 years of experience in Field Sales, B2B Sales, Business Development, or related roles is preferred.

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.

Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities
