About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Business Development Associate to join our team at ASE Technologies Pvt Ltd. This is an exciting opportunity for fresh graduates looking to kickstart their career in business development and contribute to our growth in the Visakhapatnam market.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential clients to generate new business opportunities.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and competitive landscape.
• Assist in preparing and delivering presentations to prospective clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies for lead generation.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to maximize profitability.
• Track and report on business development activities and outcomes.
• Support the marketing team in executing campaigns and events.

Required Qualifications

• Any graduate with a degree from a recognized institution.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic understanding of sales and business development processes.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Good to Have

• Previous internship or experience in sales or business development.
• Familiarity with CRM software and lead generation tools.
