- Follow up on customer requests and ensure timely resolutions.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and service offerings to provide informed assistance.
Required Qualifications
- Any degree from a recognized university.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with MS Office applications.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a customer-first mindset.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
