About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project managers and architects to ensure project specifications are met.
• Oversee construction activities to ensure compliance with design and safety standards.
• Conduct site inspections and assessments to monitor progress and quality.
• Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including reports and drawings.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues on site.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide regular updates to management regarding project status and any challenges faced.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.Tech) from a recognized institution.
• 6 months to 3 years of relevant experience in construction or site engineering.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD for drafting and design purposes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Willingness to work on-site in Visakhapatnam.

Good to Have
