Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Industrial Welder Trainer to provide theoretical and practical training in welding processes, fabrication techniques, welding safety, and quality standards. The trainer will be responsible for developing trainees' welding skills and preparing them for industrial employment opportunities.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct classroom and hands-on training sessions on welding techniques and fabrication.
- Train students in Arc Welding (SMAW), MIG Welding (GMAW), TIG Welding (GTAW), and Gas Welding.
- Demonstrate welding procedures, equipment handling, and safety practices.
- Teach blueprint reading, welding symbols, and fabrication drawings.
- Assess trainee performance through practical tests and skill evaluations.
- Monitor workshop activities and ensure adherence to safety standards.
- Maintain welding equipment, tools, and training materials.
- Prepare training schedules, attendance records, and assessment reports.
- Guide trainees on industry standards, quality requirements, and job readiness.
- Support placement and career development activities.
