Job Title: International Voice Process Executive – USA Telecalling

We are seeking dynamic and enthusiastic professionals to join our international voice process team and contribute to delivering exceptional customer experiences for our USA-based clients.

Job Summary :

We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused International Voice Process Executive to handle outbound and inbound calls for the USA market. The ideal candidate should possess excellent English communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients while achieving performance targets.

Key Responsibilities :

Handle outbound and inbound calls to customers in the USA.

Generate leads and qualify prospects through telephonic conversations.

Schedule appointments and follow up with potential customers.

Provide information about products and services to prospective clients.

Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems.

Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and performance targets.

Follow company communication standards and quality guidelines.

Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve business goals.

Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.

Required Skills :

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

Clear pronunciation and neutral accent.

Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.

Active listening and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively.

Basic computer proficiency and typing skills.

Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.

Ability to work in US shift timings (Night Shift).

Target-oriented and self-motivated personality.

Qualifications :

Any Graduate / Undergraduate.

Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.

Prior experience in International BPO, Telecalling, Customer Support, Lead Generation, or Sales will be an added advantage.
