The Bench Sales Recruiter will be responsible for marketing bench consultants and placing them on projects with implementation partners and direct clients in the US market.

Key Responsibilities:

Market bench consultants to vendors and clients.

Identify suitable project opportunities.

Negotiate rates and coordinate placements.

Maintain relationships with vendors and clients.

Track consultant submissions and placements.

Required Skills:

Experience in US Bench Sales.

Strong vendor network and negotiation skills.

Knowledge of US staffing processes and tax terms.

📍 Location: Visakhapatnam (Vizag)

🕒 Work Timings: 6:00 PM IST – 3:00 AM IST (Night Shift)
