Job Summary
We are seeking a qualified Fire and Safety Trainer to provide theoretical and practical training on fire prevention, workplace safety, emergency response, and occupational health and safety practices. The trainer will be responsible for developing trainees' knowledge and skills to ensure a safe working environment and industry readiness.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct classroom and practical training sessions on fire and safety procedures.
- Train candidates on fire prevention, fire-fighting techniques, and emergency evacuation procedures.
- Demonstrate the use of fire extinguishers, safety equipment, and personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Deliver training on workplace safety, hazard identification, and risk assessment.
- Conduct safety drills, mock exercises, and practical demonstrations.
- Evaluate trainee performance through assessments, tests, and practical sessions.
- Maintain training records, attendance, and performance reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Update training materials based on current safety guidelines and industry requirements.
- Provide career guidance and support for trainee placements.
