Key Responsibilities:
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and networking.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
Coordinate interviews with clients and candidates.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports.
Required Skills:
Experience in US IT Recruitment.
Knowledge of US Tax Terms (W2, C2C, 1099).
Strong communication and sourcing skills.
