About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Pre-Sales Executive to join our team at Infoz IT in Secunderabad. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving our sales initiatives and supporting our clients with tailored solutions that meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide technical solutions.
• Prepare and deliver engaging product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
• Assist in the creation of proposals, RFP responses, and other sales-related documentation.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends in the IT sector.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries during the pre-sales process.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, technologies, and competitive landscape.
• Support the development of marketing materials and case studies to showcase our offerings.
• Participate in client meetings and trade shows to represent the company.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• 1-3 years of experience in a pre-sales or technical sales role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Basic understanding of IT products and services.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Good to Have

• Experience in the IT or software industry.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and software.
• Previous exposure to client-facing roles.
• Additional certifications in sales or technology.
