Job Description
We are looking for experienced US Engineering Recruiters to join our growing talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and recruiting engineering professionals for US-based clients.
Key Responsibilities
Source and identify qualified engineering candidates through various job portals, databases, and networking channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
Coordinate interviews with clients and hiring managers.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of engineering talent.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Meet recruitment targets and client requirements within defined timelines.
Requirements
2–7 years of experience in US Engineering Recruitment.
Strong understanding of US staffing and recruitment processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience working with job boards, ATS, and sourcing tools.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
