About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated HR Executive to join our team at MCV MOTO CORP PVT LTD in Rajahmundry. This is an exciting opportunity for recent MBA HR graduates to kick-start their career in human resources and contribute to our growing organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
• Maintain and update employee records, ensuring compliance with labor legislation.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Support performance management processes and provide guidance to employees and management.
• Facilitate training programs and employee development initiatives.
• Participate in employee engagement activities and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
• Utilize HR software and applicant tracking systems to streamline HR processes.
• Prepare HR reports and analytics to support decision-making.

Required Qualifications

• MBA in Human Resources or related field.
• Proven experience working as an HR Executive or in a similar role (0-1 year).
• Familiarity with human resource software and applicant tracking systems.
• Knowledge of labor legislation and HR best practices.
• Strong leadership qualities and the ability to work collaboratively.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Good to Have

• Certification in HR management.
• Experience with employee engagement initiatives.
• Familiarity with payroll processing and compensation structures.
• Knowledge of performance appraisal systems.
