About the Role

Join us at the MODEL CAREER CENTRE for an exciting MEGA JOB FAIR designed to connect job seekers with numerous employers across various industries. This walk-in drive invites candidates of all educational backgrounds to explore a multitude of job opportunities in Visakhapatnam.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with potential employers and discuss job openings available across diverse sectors.
• Assist candidates in understanding job requirements and application processes.
• Facilitate on-the-spot interviews between candidates and hiring companies.
• Provide information about various career paths and skill development programs.
• Collect resumes and maintain a database of candidates for future opportunities.
• Ensure a smooth flow of the job fair by coordinating with participating companies and candidates.
• Address queries and provide support to job seekers throughout the event.
• Promote the job fair through social media and community outreach efforts.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum educational qualification: SSC Pass/Inter/ITI/Diploma/Degree/PG/Pharmacy.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with MS Office and Internet browsing.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Strong interpersonal skills to effectively interact with candidates and employers.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to various job roles and sectors.
• A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and candidate support.

Good to Have

• Previous experience in recruitment or HR-related roles.
• Knowledge of local job market trends and industries in Visakhapatnam.
• Certification in career counseling or related fields.
• Valid driving license for transportation needs.
