Role Overview
You will independently manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, taking
full ownership from strategy and setup to execution, analysis, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
• Plan, launch, and manage end-to-end paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, Instagram,
and LinkedIn
• Conduct audience research, targeting, and segmentation for effective ad delivery
• Create and test compelling ad copies, creatives, and landing page strategies
• Monitor campaign budgets, bids, and performance metrics on a daily basis
• Analyze data and optimize campaigns to improve CTR, CPL, ROAS, and conversions
• Run A/B tests to continuously improve campaign performance
• Generate detailed performance reports with actionable insights
Requirements
• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing
• Proven experience managing Google Ads & Meta Ads campaigns end-to-end
• Strong understanding of funnels, retargeting, and conversion tracking
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and Google Tag Manager
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and deliver measurable results
