JD - Business Development Executive (On field)

Roles & Responsibilities
1. Connect with Pediatricians & Professionals
You will visit pediatricians, clinics, and child-related professionals to introduce the school and its programs. The goal is to build trust so they can recommend the school to parents.
2. Promote School Programs & Admissions
Actively promote the school’s K-12 programs, teaching methodology, and unique offerings to parents, communities, and external partners. You should clearly explain what makes the school
different and valuable.
3. Lead Generation & Conversion
Identify potential parents and students through field activities, references, and events. Follow up regularly and guide them through the admission process to convert leads into enrollments.
4. Field Visits, Presentations & Follow-ups
Travel to different locations such as societies, academies, and clinics. Conduct small presentations, interact with parents, and ensure consistent follow-ups to build interest and trust.
5. Build Relationships with Academies (Music, Dance, etc.)
Meet and collaborate with extracurricular academies like music, dance, arts, and sports centers. Introduce the school and explore opportunities for partnerships, referrals, or joint activities.
6. Society Outreach & Community Engagement
Visit residential communities (apartments/gated societies), connect with association heads or committee members, and: Introduce the school and its benefits Request them to circulate school information within the community Explore opportunities to conduct events, workshops, or awareness sessions for children and parents
7. Organize & Participate in Events
Coordinate or initiate events such as workshops, kids’ activities, or awareness programs in societies or partner locations to increase visibility and engagement.
8. Internal Coordination
Work closely with academic, marketing, and admin teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns, events, and admission processes.
