About the Role

As an Inside Sales Executive at AVNFLEX PACKING COMPANY PVT LTD, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and building strong customer relationships. This dynamic position requires a proactive individual with a knack for persuasion and a passion for achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct cold calls to potential clients to generate leads and schedule appointments.
• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of sales opportunities through effective follow-up.
• Understand and communicate product offerings to meet customer needs.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and execute sales plans.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by management.

Required Qualifications

• Intermediate qualification or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in inside sales or a similar role.
• Proficiency in cold calling techniques and lead generation strategies.
• Basic knowledge of Excel for data management and reporting.
• Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience in the packaging industry or related fields.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales automation tools.
• Ability to analyze sales data and market trends.
