Job Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with potential clients through calls, emails, and field visits.
- Generate new business opportunities and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Explain the company's products and services to prospective customers.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Conduct follow-ups with leads and convert them into business opportunities.
- Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities.
- Represent the company professionally during client meetings and promotional activities.
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of sales and business development.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with a willingness to learn.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet).
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
