Job Responsibilities
- Acquire new customers and build long-term relationships.
- Manage and grow the existing customer portfolio.
- Promote and sell banking products such as Savings Accounts, Current Accounts, Loans, Insurance, Investments, and Credit Cards.
- Understand customer financial needs and recommend suitable banking solutions.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and business targets.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with customers to ensure excellent service and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with bank policies, KYC, and regulatory guidelines.
- Coordinate with internal teams to provide seamless customer support.
- Generate business through referrals, networking, and field visits.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship management abilities.
- Customer-focused approach with problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under target-driven environments.
- Good knowledge of banking products and financial services.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications.
Eligibility
- Any Graduate.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Banking, BFSI, Sales, or Relationship Management.
- Both Male and Female candidates can apply.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned location.
