Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Sales Executives to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Monitor daily sales activities, customer follow-ups, and lead conversion.
Assign sales leads and ensure timely customer engagement.
Coach and train team members to improve sales performance and product knowledge.
Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize business growth.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high satisfaction.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports for management.
Coordinate with finance, insurance, and delivery teams to ensure a smooth sales process.
Resolve customer escalations and support the team in closing high-value deals.
Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and quality standards.
Requirements
Any Graduation is mandatory (MBA preferred).
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in automobile sales with team handling experience.
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to analyze sales data and prepare reports.
Valid driving license is preferred.
Willingness to travel when required.
