About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and skilled IT Recruiter to join our dynamic team in Visakhapatnam. This role is essential for sourcing and securing top talent for our clients in the US IT sector. Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for US IT positions, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including Boolean search, LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, and other job boards to find qualified candidates.
- Conduct thorough resume screenings and candidate assessments to ensure alignment with client requirements.
- Coordinate with clients to understand job specifications and manage their expectations throughout the hiring process.
- Schedule interviews and facilitate communication between candidates and clients.
- Negotiate salaries and contract terms, including W2, C2C, and 1099 arrangements.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and hiring processes in the ATS and CRM tools.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients to ensure a seamless recruitment experience.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate degree in any field.
- 2-5 years of experience in US IT recruitment or technical recruitment.
- Proficient in using ATS and various job portals for candidate sourcing.
- Strong understanding of visa types (H1B, GC, USC, EAD, OPT, CPT) and tax terms related to hiring.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in the US time zone and manage time effectively.
- Proven track record of meeting recruitment targets and deadlines.
Good to Have
- Experience in contract staffing and full-time hiring.
- Familiarity with vendor management and client coordination.
- Knowledge of market trends in the US IT recruitment landscape.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Sheets.
